Operation Impact of Atlanta is an Atlanta community impact organization that empowers individuals and families with the tools, training, and resources needed to thrive. Through faith-based principles and innovative programs, we address economic, educational, health, and social needs—turning potential into purpose. As an Atlanta faith based nonprofit, we focus on building a stronger, more connected Atlanta by offering various Atlanta nonprofit community programs, including our dedicated Atlanta youth leadership program.

Operation Impact of Atlanta began with small community projects and has grown into a leading Atlanta community impact organization. Today, our 143,000-square-foot facility houses various Atlanta nonprofit community programs in agriculture, education, sports, counseling, and entrepreneurship—serving thousands each year. Additionally, we are proud to offer an Atlanta youth leadership program that empowers the next generation.

Our Programs

From our indoor Hydroponics Center, which produces 500,000 pounds of fresh food annually, to our Leadership Academy and other initiatives such as the Sports Ministry, Angel League, Veterans Village, and Single Mothers Program, we are proud to be an Atlanta faith based nonprofit that delivers innovative solutions to meet real needs. As an Atlanta community impact organization, we focus on creating lasting change for individuals and families across Atlanta through our Atlanta nonprofit community programs. Our Atlanta youth leadership program is just one example of how Operation Impact of Atlanta fosters growth and development in our community.

Atlanta is home to thriving communities, yet too many families face barriers that hinder their ability to live healthy, stable, and fulfilling lives. Throughout the city, the impact of various challenges is evident in neighborhoods served by an Atlanta community impact organization. Food deserts leave thousands without access to fresh, affordable produce, which fuels preventable health issues like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Single mothers often bear the burden of raising children while navigating economic instability, with limited access to resources provided by Atlanta nonprofit community programs that could change their trajectory. Half a million pounds of nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables will reach local families, schools, and community kitchens through the efforts of an Atlanta community impact organization. Hydroponics Center

Our Hydroponics Center, an initiative of Operation Impact of Atlanta, will cultivate fresh produce year-round through innovative indoor farming. This effort not only supplies healthy food to local families but also strengthens the Atlanta community impact organization by reducing the community’s reliance on outside sources. Participants in our Atlanta nonprofit community programs will learn advanced farming techniques, food safety, and agribusiness skills, equipping them for careers in sustainable agriculture or their own ventures, while enhancing their leadership skills through our Atlanta youth leadership program.

Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy, an initiative of Operation Impact of Atlanta, aims to cultivate confident and capable leaders through hands-on training in communication, planning, and conflict resolution. Participants will engage in real-world projects that enhance decision-making skills, preparing them to lead organizations, ministries, and community initiatives, particularly within the Atlanta community impact organization and Atlanta faith-based nonprofit sectors.
