About Operation Impact of Atlanta

Our Mission

Our Programs

Our Mission

Operation Impact of Atlanta empowers individuals and families with the tools, training, and resources needed to thrive. Through practical programs and community collaboration, we address economic, educational, health, and social needs—transforming potential into purpose and helping Atlanta move forward together.

Our History

Our Programs

Our Mission

Operation Impact of Atlanta began with small neighborhood initiatives focused on nutrition, youth leadership, and family support. Today, we’ve grown into a citywide organization creating access to sustainable resources in agriculture, education, sports, counseling, and entrepreneurship—serving thousands across the region each year.

Our Programs

Our Programs

From our indoor Hydroponics Center, which produces 500,000 pounds of fresh food annually, to the Leadership Academy, Sports League, Angel League, Veterans Village, and Single Mothers Program, Operation Impact of Atlanta develops innovative, practical solutions to strengthen families and build opportunity.

From Challenges to Change

Why Atlanta Needs Us Now

Atlanta is a city of growth and innovation, but many families still face barriers that limit their potential. Food deserts leave thousands without access to fresh, affordable produce. Single mothers often face economic instability while raising children with limited support. Veterans struggle with access to housing, healthcare, and job training. Youth need structured programs that foster leadership and skill development. Families raising children with special needs need inclusive opportunities where everyone can thrive.

Closing Atlanta’s Opportunity Gap

These challenges often overlap—creating cycles of poverty, poor health, and limited access. Operation Impact of Atlanta exists to close that gap. By combining sustainable agriculture, inclusive recreation, housing solutions, and targeted support programs, we’re addressing the root causes of community inequity and building a stronger Atlanta for generations to come.
